Should I expect changes to my account?
Nothing will change with your account. In fact, your experience with us will get even better! Our team is working hard to bring you new tools (like TapTo.Shop!), opportunities, insights, and so much more.
Will my ShopStyle landing page (shopstyle.com/shop/username) change? What about any of my links to other tools?
No, your ShopStyle shop url and all existing tool links (like widgets and looks and shortlinks) will not change.
Will I need to update any of my old evergreen links?
No updates needed! We will keep supporting all existing shopstyle.it links, forever.
Will I still have access to all of my previous ShopStyle Collective content, like lists, link history, widgets, etc.?
Yep! All of your Lists, Looks, Links, Collections and Widgets will stay the same. Our new TapTo.Shop feature allows you to curate and host your previous content in a shoppable URL you can share with followers anytime.
Are you making changes to existing tools?
Nope! Existing tools will continue to look and operate the same. We're still the platform you know and love, now with exciting new features and enhancements. (We're especially excited about our new link-in-bio game changer, Tapto.Shop.)
Will you be changing the retailers you work with? Is the ShopStyle catalog still available?
All existing retailers are staying, and we'll be adding more retailers, too.
Are you going to be changing your IG handle and how we tag you on social? If so, when?
Our new name will go live on March 7th, and at that time we will be switching our social tags and handles over.
Why did ShopStyle Collective change its name?
Our new name better reflects the company we have become. As the world of creator marketing has evolved, we’ve evolved, too. This rebrand celebrates all of our offerings—our easy-to-use tools, transparent data, vast campaign capabilities, and our newest addition of TapTo.Shop. The new name captures our mission, values, and services – and we’re so excited for what’s ahead.
I'm a Creator on a ShopStyle Collective campaign. What do I need to do if I have content going live on the day of your rebrand?
Our campaign operations team will reach out to you before your go-live date to ensure you have our updated handle. Otherwise, everything else remains the same.
