Clicks are not displaying properly on my dashboard
Note: Clicks take up to 24 hours to appear in accounts, and orders can take 3-5 days.
We recommend clearing your cache and cookies, making sure that you're using the latest version of the app or your internet browser, and logging out of your account and back in. These quick tricks help a lot of the time, but if not, please submit a request and our support team will be happy to help!
An order has 0 clicks
If you have an order reported without any click data, fear not! The order will still count toward your click rate (Standard program/PPC) or sale-commission (Advanced program/CPA). This happens when the system registers low-intent clicks with an order. Find out more about low-intent clicks.
